How to Order

Payment

For local purchases, we accept only payments via ATM Transfers or Internet Banking.

You will receive an order confirmation email from us within 24 hours after we receive your order form. This order confirmation will indicate the payment details. Please wait for this order confirmation email before making any payment because we need to check our stock to make sure that your order is still available. All orders are subject to First Come First Serve basis.

You are required to make payment within 24 hours upon after we send out the order confirmation email. Please inform us once payment is done.You will receive a payment confirmation email from us within 24 hours upon our receipt/verification of your payment. We will indicate when your items will be ready for shipping in this email. Please understand that pre-ordered items will take a longer time to be ready than our in-stock items. Refer to FAQ for more details.

Once your items are ready, we will mail them to you. You shall be notified via email once your items are mailed out.


Local Shipping

We will NOT be responsible for any lost parcel via normal mail but please be rest assured that we handle every item with care. Local normal mails are highly safe so not to worry about that!

For customers who opt for registered mail, please top up an additional S$2.24. We will email you the Registered Article (RA) Number of the registered mail. You can use this number to check the status of your mail via http://www.singpost.com.sg/ra/ra_article_status.asp.


Refund Policy

Goods sold are non-refundable.

Customer satisfaction matters to us. We take pride in delivering good quality merchandise to our customers. We check all items before arranging for delivery.

No cancellation of order is allowed once payment has been made. Refund will not be given for cancellation of orders.


Privacy Policy

All personal details of our customers will be kept private & confidential.

Contact information from order/contact forms is used for sending order details and information to customers of our store only. The contact information is also used to get in touch with our customers when necessary.

8) We make every effort to display, as accurately as possible, the colors of our products that appear on our site. However, due to the limitation of our camera and lighting set-up, the colour of the actual product may differ slightly from what you see on our site. The colors you see on our site also depends on your monitor. We cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any color will be accurate.
